Emma Lorene BREWER

McMinnville resident and Bledsoe County, TN native Emma Lorene Brewer, age 82, was born October 30, 1923 and died January 1, 2006 at River Park Hospital after an extended illness.  A homemaker and a member of the Baptist church, she was the daughter of the late Fred Hatfield and the late Elizabeth Goforth Hatfield.  She was married to Ralph Otto Brewer who preceded her in death in 1993.  She is survived by four children and their spouses, Randall and Rachel Brewer of Grundy Co., TN, Ronnie and Linda Brewer and Carol and Everett Rutledge both of McMinnville and Debbie and Steve Pennington of Nashville, TN;  eleven grandchildren, Roxanne Hendrixson, Rhonda Brewer, Tina Webb, Peggy Kaste, James Brewer, Dessa Horn, Kendra Dybdal, Jimmy and Randy Roberts, Kimberly Clarke, and Karen Rados;  twenty great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, nine brothers and sisters, and several nieces and nephews also survive.  Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at the Lord's House of Faith Church with Glenn McKenzie, Bill Zechman, and Clayton Jones officiating.  Burial followed in the Fall Creek Cemetery in Grundy Co., TN.
