Perelene Clark CANTRELL

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Perelene Clark Cantrell, age 84, was born July 14, 1921 and died January 5, 2006 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness.  A retired social worker with the Department of Human Services and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late W.E. "Ed" Morgan and the late Nellie Ora Davis Morgan.  She was first married to A.L. Clark who preceded her in death and married second to Fate Cantrell who also preceded her in death.  In addition to her husbands she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Rita Jean Clark;  brothers, Elbert Morgan and Edgar Morgan and sister, Paralee Tittsworth.  She is survived by one daughter, Melba Dean Clark of Rock Island, TN;  son and daughter-in-law, John M. and Brenda Clark of Rock Island, TN;  two step daughters, Dot Sain of Knoxville, TN and Marie Gentry of Huntsville, AL;  three grandchildren and three great grandchildren and sister, Addie Dean Glenn of the Midway Community.  Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 7, 2006 in High's Chapel with Nestor Stewart officiating.  Burial followed in the Spring Hill Cemetery in White Co., TN.
