Pamela Gail Baker COOK

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Pamela Gail Baker Cook, age 36, was born December 18, 1969 and died June 29, 2006 at River Park Hospital following a four- month illness.  A factory worker at Federal Mogul in Smithville, TN and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Charles A. and Pearline Hillis Baker of McMinnville.  She was married April 14, 2001 to James Barry Cook of McMinnville.  In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by one daughter, Morgan Thaxton of McMinnville;  step-daughter, Amanda Cook of Alexandria, TN;  brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Sally Baker of Rock Island, TN;  special sister, Teresa Brown Isbell of Smithville, TN and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.  Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2006 in High's Chapel with Brian Jones and Rev. Kenneth W. Kirby officiating.  Burial followed in the Salem Cemetery in Liberty, TN.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the .
