Joann Tanner JORDAN

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Joann Tanner Jordan, age 53, was born February 19, 1953 and died November 24, 2006 at River Park Hospital following a one-year illness.  A seamstress at Rockford Textile and USA Enterprises, she was the daughter of the late Archie Elmer and Opal Holland Tanner.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Timothy Lee Jordan and brother, Archie Elmer Tanner, Jr.  She was married to Charles Randall Jordan of McMinnville.  In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Chris and Shellie Jordan and Curtis Jordan both of McMinnville;  four grandchildren, Destiny Jordan, Kaylan Jordan, Alexis Whittaker, and Lakelynn Whittaker all of McMinnville;  sisters, Nancy and Dorothy Tanner both of McMinnville;  brothers, Tommy, Leonard, Wayne and Laymond Tanner all of McMinnville;  mother-in-law, Betty Jordan of McMinnville and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 26, 2006 in High's Chapel with Wayne Cantrell officiating.  Burial followed in the Bethany Cemetery.
