Sue LAWSON

McMinnville resident and Van Buren County, TN native Sue Lawson, age 62, was born February 10, 1944 and died June 14, 2006 at River Park Hospital.  A self-employed sitter and a member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of Margie Edna Moore Delong of Rock Island, TN and the late Richard Leon Delong.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Simmons and one brother, Bobby Delong.  In addition to her mother, she is survived by three children, Dale Delong of Rock Island, TN, Donna Mooneyham of McMinnville and Kimberly Buckner of Rock Island, TN;  six grandchildren;  two brothers, Lee Delong of Dallas, TX and Charles Delong of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 17, 2006 in High's Chapel with Carson Rust officiating.  Burial followed in the Long Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN.
