Wanda Gail MAYFIELD

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Wanda Gail Mayfield, age 64, was born August 6, 1941 and died March 20, 2006 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN following a one year battle with leukemia.  A homemaker and a member of the Pleasant Cove Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late James T. and Hattie Pegg Austin.  She was married July 6, 1985 to Dennis Carl Mayfield of McMinnville.  In addition to her husband she is survived by four children and their spouses, Johnny and Becky Crawford, Angela and Alan Miller, Clay Crawford, and Paula and Matt Dunn all of McMinnville;  seven grandchildren, Jason, Mileah, Emily, Trevor, Logan, Hannah, and Brooke;  sister and brother-in-law, Jimmie and Anthony Templeton of Rock Island and three nieces, Terri Tobitt, Jennifer Glasener, and Renee Brown.  Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 23, 2006 in High's Chapel with Ray Weddington officiating.  Burial followed in the Webb Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the .
