Cleo McBRIDE

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Cleo McBride, age 82, was born July 13, 1923 and died June 19, 2006 at her residence following an extended illness.  A homemaker and a member of the Rockliff Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Hassie Glenn Byars.  She was married to David Eugene "Dave" McBride who preceded her in death July 9, 1999.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Eugene McBride.  She is survived by two sons, Ronnie and Johnny McBride both of McMinnville;  three daughters, Sue Rosinbum of Nashville, TN, Hassie Short of Statesville, NC, and Betty Superstein of Manchester, TN;  twenty grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.  Funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 22, 2006 at Rockliff Church of Christ with Jeff Johnson, Horace Lee Jacobs, and Terry Townsent officiating.  Burial followed in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
