Jacksonville, FL resident and Warren County native George Albert Ralston, Jr., age 72, was born June 7, 1934 and died July 17, 2006 in Jacksonville. He was the founder and president of Space Coast Cellular Concepts and also a pilot with Pan American Airlines. He served his country in the United States Navy. He was the son of the late George Albert and Frances Potter Ralston, Sr. He is survived by two sons, G.A. Ralston, III and Foyt Tipton Ralston, Sr.; two grandsons, Foyt Tipton Ralston, Jr. and Peter Seth Ralston; aunt, Katherine Potter Tarwater and former wife, Gertrude Foyt Ralston. A graveside service and interment was held at 11:15 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2006 at Mt. View Cemetery with G. Duke Gregory officiating. Full military honors were administered by VFW Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173.
