James Albert RANSDELL

McMinnville resident and Louisville, KY native James Albert Ransdell, age 53, was born July 15, 1952 and died June 21, 2006 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness.  A former employee of Bonanza Restaurant in sales and management and a member of the Providence Baptist Church, he was the son of the late James Sharpe and Thelma Janet Young Ransdell.  He was married November 1, 1975 to Sherry Ann Byrom Ransdell of McMinnville.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Julie and Chris Frizzell of Morrison, TN and Christie and Curtis Triplett of McMinnville and three grandchildren, Jacob Frizzell of Morrison, TN and Kayla and Adam Triplett of McMinnville.  Funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 24, 2006 in High's Chapel with David Wall and Jeff King officiating.  Burial followed in the Gardens of Memory.
