Walter Andrew SPARKMAN

Crossville, TN resident and Warren County native Walter Andrew Sparkman, age 76, was born September 29, 1930 and died November 26, 2006 at Country Place Health Care Center in Crossville, TN following an extended illness.  A member of the Church of God, he was the son of the late James Walter and Angeline Mayfield Sparkman.  He is survived by two brothers, Mack Sparkman of McMinnville and Lonnie Sparkman of Ohio and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  A graveside service and interment was held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 30, 2006 at Crain Hill Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN with J. Stanley Sparkman and T.K. Sparkman officiating.
