Mary Edna TALLEY

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Mary Edna Talley, age 93, was born September 13, 1912 and died April 16, 2006 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness.  An educator with the Warren County School System and a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, she was the daughter of the late Charley Calhoun and Laura Bell Darling Talley.  She is survived by nieces and nephews, Mary Ann Geren of Ringgold, GA, Belinda Silvers of Rossville, GA, Frances Wiser of McMinnville, Sandra Whitworth of LaVergne, TN, Charles Talley of McMinnville and Larry Talley of Lebanon, TN and several great and great-great-nieces and nephews.  A graveside service and interment was held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Eben Gilbert officiating.
