Paul Edward WILCHER

class="obitbody">- McMinnville resident and Warren County native Paul Edward Wilcher, age 63, was born May 3, 1943 and died August 8, 2006 at Raintree Manor Nursing Home.  A self-employed handyman and a member of the Christ United Methodist Church, he was the son of the late Howard Venus and Hattie Jean Ogle Wilcher.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, James Howard Wilcher.  He is survived by four sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Ronnie Faulk of Port St. Lucie, FL, Joyce Whiteaker of McMinnville, Wanda and Bill Richey of Vero Beach, FL, and Debbie and Jim Center of Clearwater, FL;  two brothers, Rickey Wilcher and Darrell Wilcher both of Chester, VA and several nieces and nephews.  A memorial service was held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 12, 2006 at Christ United Methodist Church with Rev.
