Delorise Newberry BARNES

Morrison, TN resident and Warren County native Delorise Newberry Barnes, age 58, was born June 4, 1948 and died February 10, 2007 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN following an extended illness. An employee of Oster Corporation and a member of the Covenant Fellowship Church, she was the daughter of the late Glyn and Annie Richardson Newberry. She was married April 17, 1992 to Edward Barnes of Morrison, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one step-son, Travis (Amy) Barnes of Centre, AL; sister, Daphna (Danny) Ware of Camden, TN; niece, Denise Pestelli of Pennsylvania and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at the Covenant Fellowship Church with Dean Northcutt and Kenny McNatt officiating. Burial followed in the Shady Grove Cemetery in Coffee County, TN.
