JR., Julius J.J. BOWDOIN

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Julius "J.J." Bowdoin, Jr., age 77, was born July 28, 1929 and died June 15, 2007 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness. A self-employed plumber and electrician and a member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Julius and Zona Lee Parsley Bowdoin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Harold Bowdoin. He was married to Juanita Richardson Bowdoin of McMinnville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Danny Harold and Kathy Bowdoin and Greg and Denise Bowdoin both of McMinnville; daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Harold Watts of Rock Island, TN; five grandchildren, Cory, Amber, Brittany, Danielle and Kayla; great-grandson, Logan; two brothers, James Bowdoin of McMinnville and Billy Bowdoin of Cannon County, TN and two sisters, Imogene Jacobs of the Centertown Community and Shirley Morton of McMinnville. A graveside service and interment was held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2007 at Spring Hill Cemetery in White County, TN.
