Willa B. BRADY

Lebanon, TN resident and French Creek, WV native Willa B. Brady, age 88, was born July 12, 1918 and died February 22, 2007 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN following a two and a half year illness. A homemaker, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Helen Smallridge Smith. She was married to Ruben J. Brady who preceded her in death June 8, 2000. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Charlotte Roe and Kathlene Roberts; sisters, Mable Smith Burr, Garnet Smith Loudin, Olive Smith Wentz and Reta Smith; brother, Denzil Smith and grandson, Danny Roe. She is survived by her grandchildren and their spouses, Debbie and Richard Billings of Lebanon, TN, Linda and Terry Hale, Bonnie and Ray Burlingame, Lenny Roberts, Gary and JoAnn Roberts all of McMinnville, Kim and Rodney Irving of Nashville, TN and Dale Roberts of Morrison, TN; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; two step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a special helper and friend, Rod Hess of Cookeville, TN. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 26, 2007 in High's Chapel with Jim Zlaten officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
