SR., Robert Frank Bob BRYANT

Morrison, TN resident and Davidson County, TN native Robert Frank "Bob" Bryant, Sr., age 71, was born February 12, 1936 and died October 31, 2007 at his residence following a six-month illness. A retired firefighter with the Metropolitan Fire Department, Engine Co. 29, Ladder 8 in Nashville, TN, a United States Army veteran and a member of the Radnor Assembly, he was the son of the late Robert Johnson and Winnie Cannon Bryant. He was married December 17, 1965 to Zanada E. Little Bryant of Morrison, TN. In addition to his wife, he is survived by nine children, Frances Crawford of Ashland City, TN, Wilma Langford of Joelton, TN, Anthony Bryant, Martha Anderson and Robin Martin all of Goodlettsville, TN, Robert Bryant, Jr. of Rock Island, TN and Rebecca Williams, Daniel Bryant and Thomas Bryant all of Morrison, TN; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Agnes Atkins of Murfreesboro, TN and Louise Lynch of Ashland City, TN and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2007 in High's Chapel with Janice O'Neal officiating. Burial followed in the Bryant Family Cemetery in Morrison, TN.
