Charlcie Faye Sissy Tallent BURTON

McMinnville resident and Temperance, MI native Charlcie Faye "Sissy" Tallent Burton, age 49, was born March 14, 1958 and died October 27, 2007 at her residence following a sudden illness. A homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of Pearl Hutchings of McMinnville and the late Odie Brown Tallent. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Brenda Carol Tallent and Mary Katherine "Kat" Tallent and step-father, Floyd Hutchings. In addition to her mother, she is survived by seven siblings and their spouses, Shirley Layman of McMinnville, Odie Harrison and Patricia Tallent of Smithville, TN, Peggy Joyce and Roy McCormick of McMinnville, Sheila Rogers of Franklin, TN; Sandy and Webb Luna of McMinnville, Karen Bogard of Kingsport, TN and Randy Kirk and Diana Hutchings of McMinnville; several nieces and nephews; four step-brothers, Don, Randy and Terry Hutchings all of McMinnville and Joe Hutchings of Wichita, KS and four step-sisters, Virginia Brady of McMinnville, Ruth Pinegar of Manchester, TN and Deyon Deasy and Bobby Jean Youtzy both of Kansas. Funeral service was held at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2007 in High's Chapel with Johnny Adcock officiating. Burial followed in the Old Bybee Cemetery.
