Lorene CANTRELL

Ooltewah, TN resident and DeKalb County, TN native Lorene Cantrell, age 99, was born August 14, 1908 and died December 13, 2007 at her residence following a lengthy illness. A homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Thurman and Olivia Blankenship Cantrell. She was married May 3, 1925 to Leonard Clyde Cantrell who preceded her in death December 27, 1993. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Deanna and John McNabb of Ooltewah, TN; two grandsons, Ryan McNabb and wife, Wendy and Len McNabb and wife, Jean both of Ooltewah, TN and two great-grandchildren, Rebecca and Casey both of Ooltewah, TN. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 15, 2007 in High's Chapel with Tony Lawrence officiating. Burial followed in the Gardens of Memory.
