Annie Myra CLENDENON

Nashville, TN resident and Warren County native Annie Myra Clendenon, age 73, was born January 25, 1934 and died May 23, 2007 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN following an extended illness. A homemaker and a member of the Una Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Sutton and Lucille Rayburn Smoot. She was married December 20, 1952 to Arthur Levon Clendenon of Nashville, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Mickey Clendenon of Mt. Juliet, TN; daughter, Toni Clendenon of Smyrna, TN; three grandchildren and grandson-in-law, Geoffrey Clendenon, Emily and Kevin Brooks and Casey Clendenon all of Nashville, TN and brother, Pat Smoot of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, May 26, 2007 at Una Church of Christ in Nashville, TN with Steve Blackman, Geoffrey Clendenon and Todd Elliot officiating. Burial followed at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
