Vada Pauline Walker CUTTS

McMinnville resident and DeKalb County, TN native Vada Pauline Walker Cutts, age 84, was born January 24, 1922 and died January 1, 2007 at River Park Hospital following a lingering illness. A retired employee of McMinnville Garment Company and a member of the Westside Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late William Troy and Nettie Elizabeth Mullican Vandagriff. She was first married to Earl Walker who preceded her in death September 17, 1961 and married second to William Herman Cutts who preceded her in death June 29, 2005. She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Freddie and Sandra Walker of Woodbury, TN and Lee Walker and friend, Judy Ward of McMinnville; three grandchildren, Lynn and Jeffery Walker and Sheila McBride; seven great-grandchildren; four sisters, Elsie Tramel of Alexandria, TN, Thelma Moore of McMinnville; Alene Smith of Portland, OR and Robbie Bond of McMinnville; two brothers, Boyd and Bobby Vandagriff both of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2007 in High's Chapel with Ray Skyles officiating. Burial followed in the Gath Cemetery.
