Belva Lue Martin DAVENPORT

Lakeland, FL resident and Warren County native Belva Lue Martin Davenport, age 83, was born July 2, 1923 and died February 15, 2007 at her residence in Lakeland, FL. A retired seamstress and a member of the South Florida Ave. Church of Christ in Lakelan, FL, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Arvie Schuster Martin. She was married to Jesse A. "Shorty" Davenport who preceded her in death May 28, 1980. She is survived by one niece, Debra Martin of Decherd, TN; nephew, James Martin of Winchester, TN; two great-nephews, Jason Martin and wife, Annette of Decherd, TN and Jared Martin of Winchester, TN; great-great niece and nephew, Alena and Andrew Martin both of Decherd, TN and sister-in-law, Jean Martin of Decherd, TN. A graveside service and interment was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 18, 2007 at Skurlock Cemetery in White County, TN with Lane Dix officiating.
