Patsy G. Davenport GRIBBLE

Smithville, TN resident and Warren County native, Patsy G. Davenport Gribble, age 63, was born January 25, 1944 and died March 1, 2007 at her residence following an extended illness. A retired employee of A.O. Smith and a member of the Dibrell Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Pauline Couch Davenport. She was married March 15, 1960 to Don Gribble of Smithville, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Alesha and Barry Pearsall of Smithville, TN and Paula and Tim Hill of Rock Island, TN; four grandchildren, Evan and Colby Pearsall of Smithville, TN and Ashlyn and Logan Hill of Rock Island, TN; sister and brother-in-law, Martha and Charles Vinson of Rock Island, TN; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jane and Larry Flatt of McMinnville; special nephews and their spouses, Chris and Laura McCoy of Memphis, TN and Greg and Tammy Vinson of Rock Island, TN and a host of cousins. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 4, 2007 in High's Chapel with Larry Vinson, David Greene, Richard Bowman and Brian Wynne officiating. Burial followed in the Webb Cemetery.
