McMinnville resident and Warren County native Johnny Edward Jennings, age 61, was born October 6, 1946 and died March 10, 2007 at River Park Hospital following a two and a half year illness. A forman with Commercial Paint in Nashville, TN and a member of the Assembly of God Church, he was the son of Burger Jennings of McMinnville and the late Delphia Marie Nunley Jennings. He was married February 2, 2007 to Earlene Farless Jennings of McMinnville. In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by three daughters and son-in-law, Tammy and Tim Buckner, Lisa Jennings and daughter-in-law, Dot Thaxton and Shana Jennings all of McMinnville; step-son, Charles Anthony Farless of Morrison, TN; six grandchildren, Brandy Jennings, Paige Hinkle, Keith Melson, Angel Farless, Stacey "Jason" Walker and Charlene Ferrell; five great-grandchildren, Alexis Farless, Matthew and Breaunna Ferrell, Katlyn Moss and Curtis Nash and three brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Helen Jennings of Morrison, TN and Jerry and Kaye Jennings and Steve and Linda Jennings both of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2007 in High's Chapel with Billy Campbell officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
