Evelyn Dorothy KROFSSIK

McMinnville resident and Danby, VT native, Evelyn Dorothy Krofssik, age 84, was born September 24, 1922 and died July 12, 2007 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness. A homemaker and a member of the Catholic Church, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Agnes Champagne Beauregard. She was married to Morris Krofssik who preceded her in death January 22, 1997. She is survived by three sons, Robert Krofssik of Cookeville, TN, Gary Krofssik of Waterbury, CT and Leonard Krofssik of Tampa, FL; daughter, Delores Curtis of McMinnville; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren; sister, Mabel Miastikowski of McMinnville and two brothers, Cecil Beauregard of Elva, FL and Marvin Beauregard of Milford, CT. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 15, 2007 in High's Chapel with Ernest Webber officiating. Burial followed in the Concord Cemetery.
