James David LITTLE

Smithville, TN resident and Muncie, IN native James David Little, age 48, was born April 12, 1959 and died September 10, 2007 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. A law enforcement officer where he last served in Sacramento, CA and a United States Army veteran, he was the son of Linville Eugene Little of Muncie, IN and the late Sara Margaret Polson Little. He was married to Patricia Campbell Little of Smithville, TN. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Billie Jean Heyano of Oregon; son, Forrest Franklin York of Shelbyville, TN; two grandsons, Nicholaus James Heyano and Angelo Kane Heyano both of Oregon; four brothers, Jerry and George Jennings and Terry and Curtis Little; eight sisters, Naoma Culpepper, Goldie Slaven, Pandora Vanlue, Arvy Kuperberg, Ilene Stephany, Amy Little, and Ruby and Rose Mary Ayala; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 14, 2007 in High's Chapel with Rev. Mickey Abair officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the or an immediate family member.
