SR., Edward Ray LOWERY

McMinnville resident and Greene County, TN native Edward Ray Lowery, Sr., age 50, was born May 15, 1956 and died January 27, 2007 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness. A self-employed carpenter and a member of the Baptist Tabernacle, he was the son of the late Otis Edward and Ollie Mae Mayham Lowery. He is survived by nine children and their spouses, Ed and Johna Lowery, Jr. and Dana and Roger Martin both of McMinnville, Chris Lowery, Amber Lowery, Becky and Shawn Young, Trey Brown, and Corey and Vanessa Brown all of Knoxville, TN and Josh Jones and Derek Jones both of McMinnville and sixteen grandchildren. A memorial service was held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2007 in High's Chapel with Jr. Hibdon officiating.
