Evelyn Carrie MASON

Morrison, TN resident and Lincoln, NE native Evelyn Carrie Mason, age 75, was born May 1, 1932 and died September 12, 2007 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness. A seamstress at McMinnville Garment, a paper carrier for the and a member of the Grange Hall Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Willard Robe and Ellen Hickman Wilson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Mark Eugene Mason. She was married June 29, 1948 to Kenneth Mason, Sr. of Morrison, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by five sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth E. and Teela Mason, Jr. of McMinnville, Bryan Allen and Debbie Mason of Morrison, TN, Vernon Dewayne Mason of McMinnville, Robbie Louis and Rhonda Mason of McMinnville and Russell Carrie and Lisa Mason of Morrison, TN; twelve grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, September 14, 2007 in High's Chapel with Bob Winton officiating. Burial followed in the Grange Hall Cemetery.
