Marlon Brice Ajack MCCLURE

Spencer, TN resident and DeKalb County, TN native Marlon Brice "Ajack" McClure, age 72, was born May 28, 1934 and died January 18, 2007 at White County Hospital in Sparta, TN following a Sudden Illness. He was a nurseryworker and the son of the late Raymond Brice and Ophia Elizabeth Johnson McClure. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, "Hoppie" McClure and sister, Diana Rainwater. He is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Beverly and Charles Smith of Rock Island, TN, Cheryl and Cary Tate of Morrison, TN and Mattie and Chuck Medley of McMinnville; four sons and daughters-in-law, James McClure, Thomas and Dorothy McClure, Tim and T.J. McClure and Buck McClure all of McMinnville; twenty-two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two sisters, Geraldine McClure of McMinnville and Wanda Bond of Smithville, TN. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2007 in High's Chapel. Burial followed in the Center Hill Cemetery @ Hills Creek.
