James Alan MULLICAN

McMinnville resident and Chicago, IL native James Alan Mullican, age 50, was born March 13, 1957 and died July 4, 2007 at Stones River Hospital in Woodbury, TN following a sudden illness. A self-employed carpenter and a member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of the late James Marlin and Rose Katherine Giroux Mullican. He was married November 29, 1999 to Rose Ferrell Mullican of McMinnville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Mark Stinner; two daughters, Samantha K. Allen and Katherine Mullican both of Manchester, TN; eight grandchildren; three brothers, Marvin Mullican of Manchester, TN and Larry and Patrick Mullican both of Winchester, TN; sister, Juanita Mullican of Winchester, TN and two step-sons, Steve and Darrell Stembridge both of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2007 in High's Chapel with Ray Skyles officiating. Burial followed in the Bethlehem Cemetery.
