Mary K. PEPPER

McMinnville resident and White County, TN native Mary K. Pepper, age 68, was born July 12, 1938 and died June 30, 2007 at her residence following an extended illness. An order puller at B & P Lamp and a member of the Church of God, she was the daughter of the late Cleary and Pauline Scott Brown. She was married to Austin Pepper who preceded her in death in 1992. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Cindy Renee Pepper; sister, Carolyn Miller and step-father, Billy Miller. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-laws, Elizabeth Ann and William Glenn Griffith and Candy Kay Murphy both of McMinnville and Tammy and Alvin Bell of Dandridge, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Sherry Pepper of McMinnville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Inez and Carl Roberts, Hattie Mullican and Linda and Carl Davis all of Sparta, TN; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ernest and Debbie Miller and Paul and Diane Miller both of Sparta, TN; ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2007 in High's Chapel with Ed Todd officiating. Burial followed in the Liberty Cemetery.
