Summitville, TN resident and Coffee County, TN native Olivine R. Rayburn, age 95, was born August 6, 1912 and died November 9, 2007 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN following a brief illness. An administrative assistant with AEDC and the Army Corps of Engineers and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester Layne and Mary Lou Ralston Rigney, Sr. She was married to A.C. Rayburn who preceded her in death. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by seven siblings, Opal Sain, Ola Gibson, Ozelle story, Paulette Muse, S.L. Rigney, Jr., Lloyd E Rigney and Dr. Wilbur B. Rigney. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Betty Lou and Jim Plemons of Summitville, TN; three grandchildren and their spouses, Melanie Lower, Melinda and William "Bill" Stephens, Jr. and Marianne and Paul Meacham; two great-grandchildren, Katie Lower and Trevor Stephens and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, November 11, 2007 in High's Chapel with R.S. Rigney officiating. Burial followed in the Shady Grove Cemetery in Coffee County, TN.
