Livy Carter ROBERTS

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Livy Carter Roberts, age 83 ,was born July 14, 1924 and died September 3, 2007 at his residence following an extended illness. A retired nurseryman and a United States Army veteran of WWII, he was the son of the late Elijah and Mary Melinda Coppinger Roberts. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Fate, clark and J.P. Roberts and one sister. He is survived by two nephews, Terry Roberts and Jerry Roberts both of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 6, 2007 in High's Chapel with George Roberts officiating. Burial followed in the Shiloh Cemetery.
