Cora Sue TEMPLE

McMinnville resident and Fort Knox, KY native Cora Sue Temple, age 60, was born April 27, 1947 and died July 14, 2007 at Stones River Hospital in Woodbury, TN following a sudden illness. A cashier at McDonald's and a member of the Sunny Hills Baptist Church, she was the daughter of Silas A. "S.A." Drake, IV of McMinnville and the late Quida "Weda" Margaret Henley Drake. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Dean Drake. In addition to her father, she is survived by one son, Chris Temple of McMinnville; daughter, Sherry Lynn Jones of Kansas; three grandchildren, Davida Temple, Samantha Jones and a baby born July 16, 2007 and brother, Silas Drake of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2007 in High's Chapel with Richard Haley officiating. Burial followed in the Friendship Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to the family.
