James Andrew THROWER

March 24, 1940 — February 18, 2007

McMinnville resident and Warren County native James Andrew Thrower, age 66, was born March 24, 1940 and died February 18, 2007 at his residence following an extended illness. A retired truck driver with Batesville Casket Company, a member of the Warren Masonic Lodge #125 F&AM as a 32nd degree mason and a member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Leroy Northcutt and Mamie Tanner Thrower. He was married to Wilma Jean Mace Thrower of McMinnville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, James Daron Thrower; two daughters, Barbara "Boonie" Thrower and Denise Thrower; brother, Clarence Thrower; step-daughter Janise Cherry; three step-sons, Wayne Davis and James and Johnny Parrish; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren all of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2007 in High's Chapel with Troy Jenkins officiating. Burial followed in the Riverside Cemetery.
