Donna Lee MARTIN-TROSPER

Smithville, TN resident and Barbourville, KY native Donna Lee Martin-Trosper, age 53, was born February 1, 1954 and died June 21, 2007 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN following a sudden illness. A registered nurse and a member of the First Baptist Church of Smithville, she was the daughter of the late Buford Grant and Georgia Florence Dyer Martin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Henry, Paul, and J.D. Martin. She was married August 17, 1986 to Carl K. Trosper of Smithville, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Martin David Cobb of Ft. Campbell, KY; two step-sons, Toby Trosper of Corbin, KY and Todd Trosper of Kenosha, WI; three brothers, G.W. Martin of Barbourville, KY, Roy Boone Martin of Ignatious, MT and Bobby Martin of Colorado Springs, CO; two sisters, Joan Childers of Gray, KY and Kaye Kerby Milford of Michigan and eight grandchildren, Kinzie, Tylee, Kayson, Trinitee, Kadence, Cameron, Veronica and Jacob Hawk. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2007 at Hopper Funeral Home in Barbourville, KY with Pastor Bobby Jo Eaton officiating. Burial followed in the Dyer Cemetery in Baileyswitch, KY.
