Frances Ruth WHITAKER

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Frances Ruth Whitaker, age 80, was born December 3, 1926 and died May 20, 2007 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness. A secretary and a member of the Church of God, she was the daughter of the late William Henderson an May Etta Hodge Smith. She was married to Sidney Leroy Whitaker who preceded her in death February 28, 1979. She is survived by one sister, Evelyn Loreta Teeters of McMinnville; nieces, Debbie Fults of Morrison, TN and Regina Fields, Cyd McMillen and Tanis McCormick all of McMinnville; nephews, Logan Moore, Hunter Moore and Tyler Womack all of McMinnville and Phillip Teeters of Morrison, TN and several other nieces and nephews. A graveside service and interment was held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Gardens of Memory with Roland Sharp officiating.
