Gladyce WILSON

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Gladyce Wilson, age 100, was born January 1, 1907 and died March 31, 2007 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville. A grocery store owner, apartment landlord and member of the Central Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late James Albert and Betty Ann Carr Lance. She was married to Joseph Everett Wilson who preceded her in death May 9, 1967. She is survived by one brother, Henry Elijah Lance of Madison, TN; sisters-in-law, Georgia Lance of Woodbury, TN, Cora Lance of Smyrna, TN, Elizabeth Lance of Michigan and Bessie Lance of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2007 in High's Chapel with Nestor Stewart officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
