Billy WOODLEE

Spencer, TN resident and Van Buren County, TN native Billy Woodlee, age 63, was born December 21, 1943 and died March 12, 2007 at White County Community Hospital following a sudden illness. A meter reader with Caney Fork Electric Cooperative and a member of the Liberty Southern Baptist Church, he was the son of the late William Harrison and Leota Mai Blaylock Woodlee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Billy Dwayne Woodlee and brother, Eddie Woodlee. He was married October 24, 2004 to Vickie Elaine Graham Woodlee of Spencer, TN. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Harrison and Calisha Woodlee of Rock Island, TN; two step-children and their spouses, Heather and Daniel Youngblood of McMinnville and John and Casey Talley of Daytona Beach, FL; two grandchildren, Payton and Deegan Youngblood; three sisters, Bettye Claire Haston of McMinnville, Reba June Argo of Morrison, TN and Neva Elaine Binkley of Sparta, TN and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 15, 2007 in High's Chapel with Garrett Palmer officiating. Burial followed in the Armstrong Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
