Hazel L. WOODSIDE

Independence, MO resident and Plant City, FL native Hazel L. Woodside, age 60, was born March 30, 1947 and died April 11, 2007 at Cedar Valley Health Center in Raytown, MO. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Anita Michelle Woodside; grandson, Robert Woodside; parents, Robert and Amie Smith and sister, Wacel Pineoda. She is survived by her husband of thirty-nine yeas, William Woodside; daughter, Lisa Ann Patrick of Shawnee, KS; grandchildren, John Michael Mattingly and Carl Jefferson Patrick and two brothers, Robert Smith of Clovis, NM and Ronnie Smith of Plant City, FL. A graveside service and interment was held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2007 at the Bascom Cemetery with Terry Townsend officiating.
