Robert Marion BLEVINS

McMinnville resident and Ft. Payne, AL native Robert Maron Blevins, age 83, was born January 1, 1925 and died March 29, 2008 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following a four-month illness. A truck driver and a member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Marion Baxter and Bertha Jane Blevins. He was married November 11, 1989 to Margie Lee Vanatta Blevins of McMinnville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Terry Blevins of Sacramento, CA; daughter, Claudine Blevins of North Carolina; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and one great-great-nephew. Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 31, 2008 in High's Chapel with Ray Skyles officiating. Burial followed in the Gath Cemetery.
