Drucilla Decie CROUCH

McMinnville resident and Birmingham, AL native Drucilla "Decie" Crouch, age 80, was born March 4, 1927 and died January 19, 2008 at River Park Hospital following a brief illness. A retired employee of McMinnville Garment Company and a member of the Bybee Branch Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Linzy Elton and Anna Tanner Mason. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-mother, Bessie Mason; son, Doyle Lewis Crouch; sisters, Jean Ralph and Virginia Mason; step-sisters, Elizabeth Womack and Cornelia Hammonds; step-brothers, Joe and Herbert Womack and sister-in-law, Evelyn Mason. She was married March 9, 1946 to her husband of sixty-one years, Ralph Crouch of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Gail Crouch of McMinnville; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Cynthia and Michael Stender of Murfreesboro, TN; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Brentt and Nicole Crouch of McMinnville; great-grandchildren, Gillian, Brennan, Alyssa Beth, Sara Faith and Aleiagrace Stender all of Murfreesboro, TN and Alexis, Addyson, Ashton and Ansley Crouch all of McMinnville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenneth Mason and Billy and Violet Mason both of McMinnville; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Carolyn and Hubert Turner of Smithville, TN and Paulette and Bobby Mingle of Gassaway, TN; step-brother and step-sister-in-law, J.C. and Jean Womack of McMinnville; step-sisters and step-brother-in-law, Beatrice and Robert Gosnell and Alma Adams both of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2008 in High's Chapel with Tony Lawrence officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
