Nashville, TN resident and Warren County native Homer H. Crouch, age 81, was born March 25, 1927 and died August 22, 2008 following an extended illness. A retired employee of United Radiator Service and member of the Oakland Freewill Baptist Church in Joelton, TN, he was the son of the late Roy and Clarcy Kennedy Crouch. He was married to Cora Evelyn Webster Crouch of Nashville, TN. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Danny Howard Crouch and Roger Dale Crouch both of Nashville, TN; daughter, Marian (Carl) Fortner of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Jason (Chasity) Crouch of Smyrna, TN, Angela (John) Crutcher of Lavergne, TN and Jennifer Fortner of Nashville, TN; two great-grandchildren, Taylor Crutcher of Lavergne, TN and Kobe Crouch of Smyrna, TN; three brothers, Willie Crouch of Woodbury, TN and Ralph Crouch and H.L. (Mildred) Crouch both of McMinnville; sister, Lucille Crouch of Woodbury, TN and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 26, 2008 in High's Chapel with Ricky Burks officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
