Wanda Sue ELAM

Morrison, TN resident and Warren County native Wanda Sue Elam, age 58, was born March 7, 1950 and died May 8, 2008 at her residence following a sudden illness. An x-ray technician and member of Shady Grove Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Pete and Lennie Miller Lockridge. She was married October 23, 1970 to David Elam of Morrison, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Stacie and Stephen Potter of Christiana, TN; son and daughter-in-law, James and Cindy Elam of McMinnville; four grandchildren, Jacob, LeeAnn, Jaime and Courtney; great-grandson, Zachary; brother, Wayne Lockridge of McMinnville; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rayford and Vada Elam of Morrison, TN and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2008 in High's Chapel with Charlie Nunley and Keith Sims officiating.
