Wanda Jean FARLESS

Cookeville, TN resident and Warren County native Wanda Jean Farless, age 65, was born September 24, 1942 and died March 7, 2008 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. A supervisor with the Oster Corporation, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Eugene and Laura Edith Craven. She was married to Philip Martin Farless who preceded her in death January 22, 1993. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Donnie Craven. She is survived by one son, Mike Farless of Cookeville, TN; daughter, Kathy Myers of Cookeville, TN; two grandsons, Brandon Myers of Cookeville, TN and Ryan Gilbert of Woodbury, TN; granddaughter, Amber Gilbert of Woodbury, TN; sister, Joyce Colwell of the Jacksboro Community and three brothers, Larry Craven of Byrdstown, TN, Ed Craven of Viola, TN, and Billy Craven of the Smartt Station Community. Funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2008 in High's Chapel with Brent Craven officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
