Regina Gay FIELDS

Morrison, TN resident and Hamilton County, TN native Regina Gay Fields, age 59, was born September 7, 1948 and died March 13, 2008 at Raintree Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness. A waitress and a member of the Locust Street Church of God, she was the daughter of Willie H. Teeters of McMinnville and the late Evelyn Loretta Smith Teeters. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one sister, Frances Whitaker and aunt, Frances Whitaker. In addition to her father, she is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Cyd and Steve McMillen of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, Phillip Harold and Shannon Teeters of Morrison, TN; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie and Larry Fults and Tanise and Lloyd McCormick both of McMinnville; three grandsons, Logan and Hunter Moore and Tyler Womack all of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2008 in High's Chapel with Roland Sharp officiating. Burial followed in the Morrison Cemetery.
