Toby Edward HARPER

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Toby Edward Harper, age 28, was born January 20, 1980 and died February 19, 2008 at River Park Hospital. A woodworker, he attended the Bridges of Hope Fellowship and was the son of Patty Grissom of McMinnville and Grady Edward "Sonny" Harper of McMinnville. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Grady Edward Harper, Sr. and cousin, Chad Nunley. In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by one brother, Andrew Thomas Grissom of McMinnville; maternal grandparents, Havern and Paulette Wheeler of McMinnville; paternal grandmother, Peggy Miller of Amarillo, TX; aunts and uncles, Ms. Jamie Wheeler, Ms. Gail Wheeler, Bobby and Barbara Wilson, Tim Wheeler, Sandy Francies and Karla Westberry; step-fathers, Richard (Jana) Grissom and Ty Eaton and two step-brothers, Zachary Breeding and Ethan Price. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2008 in Highs' Chapel with Dewayne Howard officiating. Burial followed in the Walling Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN.
