James Men HOLLON

Morrison, TN resident and Wolf County, KY native James Men Hollon, age 55, was born April 25, 1952 and died February 11, 2008 at his residence following an extended illness. A nursery worker and a member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of Mary Reynolds Hollon of Morrison, TN and the late Lester Hollon. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Robin Hollon; two brothers, Jesse and Ernest Hollon and two sisters, Mary Cook and Bonnie McDonald. He was married January 28, 1993 to Connie Stibil Hollon of Morrison, TN. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by four children, Kachina Faith Hollon and Adam Chase Cope both of Morrison, TN and Lester Hollon and Michael Hollon both of Florida; four grandchildren, two brothers, Perry Mason Hollon of the Dibrell Community and Robert Hollon of Morrison, TN and four sisters, Lillie Chapman of Florida, Hazel Hughes of the Centertown Community and Betty Moss and Alvina Ferrell both of Morrison, TN. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 14, 2008 in High's Chapel with Jackie Matheny and Bill Hall officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Zion Cemtery.
