Franklin D. MASON

Quebeck, TN resident and White County native Franklin D. Mason, age 73, was born April 24, 1934 and died January 16, 2008 at his residence following an extended illness. A retired employee of Carrier and a member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Ray and Augusta Cox Mason. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister. He was married September 4, 1974 to Donnie McCormick Mason of Quebeck, TN. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Kenny Mason and Dwight Mason both of Quebeck, TN; daughter, Cathy Eaton of Collierville, TN; two step-daughters, Carol Lee Crouch of Morrison, TN and Peggy Woods of McMinnville; step-son, Walter Blair of McMinnville; twelve grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren; brother, R.L. Mason of Quebeck, TN and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 18, 2008 in High's Chapel with Boyd Roberts officiating. Burial followed in the Jericho Cemetery in White County, TN.
