Sandra Alice Saucy MCGUIRE

McMinnville resident and Rochester, Michigan native Sandra Alice "Saucy" McGuire, age 62, was born February 28, 1946 and died May 31, 2008 at River Park Hospital following a five-month illness. A children's librarian at Magness Memorial Library and member of Christ United Methodist Church, she was the daughter of the late Samuel R. and Dorothy Wood Muncey Shull. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ronnie Shull. She was married June 17, 1976 to John McGuire of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Katherine and Mike Vaughn of Cookeville, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Sean Patrick and Laura McGuire of El Paso, TX; granddaughters, Abbey Vaughn and Giselle and Zoe McGuire; two sisters, Debby Shull and Ga Shull both of Nashville, TN and brother, Sammy Shull of Knoxville, TN. Funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday in High's Chapel with Dr. Charles McCaskey and Thomas Vaughn officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
