Lila Mai MOORE

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Lila Mai Moore, age 97, was born November 24, 1910 and died May 2, 2008 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness. A homemaker and member of the Northside Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Z. and Laura Eliza Keathley Greer. She was married to H.E. "Jack" Moore who preceded her in death August 29, 1973. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Colleen Goldston; two grandchildren, Ronnie Hall and Thomas Andrew Moore and one great-great-granddaughter, Caroline Cochran. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sara and Jacob Evans of McMinnville; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas E. and Alice F. Moore of Summerville, SC; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2008 in High's Chapel. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
